Located in the heart of the Old Hickory/Mt. Juliet area, we are a full-service community and recreation center dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and connection for individuals and families of all ages. Our facility offers a wide range of programs and amenities designed to support active lifestyles and family-friendly experiences.
We offer high-quality swimming, tennis, and fitness programs, led by experienced professionals, in a safe and welcoming environment. For families, we offer engaging summer camps, dependable childcare, and structured afterschool care, giving parents peace of mind while children learn, play, and grow.
In addition to our recreational and youth services, our center features flexible banquet and event rental spaces, ideal for meetings, celebrations, and special occasions.

25 meter, 6 lane family pool with 2 slides and diving board
Adult pool, ages 21+ (nights and weekends)
