Langford’s newly remodeled fitness area is designed to support strength, performance, and overall wellness in a modern, comfortable environment. Featuring an 11-piece Cybex circuit training system, a full range of cardio equipment including ellipticals, treadmills, and bikes, and a dedicated Smith machine and free-weights area, the space accommodates all fitness levels and goals.
Complementing the training floor are newly upgraded locker rooms, along with wellness amenities such as a tanning bed and dry sauna for recovery and relaxation. Together, these enhancements create a complete fitness experience that supports both active training and total well-being.

FItness center guidelines
Members must be at least 12 and accompanied by a parent to use the equipment.
Members must be at least 15 to use the equipment independently and must display proper knowledge of how to use the equipment.
Members must be at least 18 to obtain 24 hour club access. They may enter after hours with a parent
Shirts and athletic shoes are required
Membership
Fitness ONLY Memberships are now available on an individual basis. This membership is for individuals that do not desire to have a tennis, swim or full club membership.
