AGES: Completed Grades K-8th Grade 

CAMP HOURS:  8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Hype Up + Chill Down Hours: 6:00am - 8:30am

(additional charge) 4:30pm - 6:00pm

Enrollment: Weekly Only (no daily option)

Campers are divided into age-specific groups to ensure the best experience for every stage.

Camp schedule

Camp Day

Drop-Off + Pick-Up

  • Enter through the bridge entrance (left side of club parking lot)

  • A parent/guardian must escort campers to the lobby for sign-in & sign-out

  • All authorized adults must be listed on the pick-up form

  • I.D. required for pick-up

What to Wear

  • Casual clothing that can get wet & dirty

  • Tennis shoes required

  • Campers must be able to change clothes in/out of swimwear independently

What to Bring

  • Water bottle

  • Lunch

  • Swimsuit + towel

  • Bag for belongings

  • Change of clothes

  • Sunscreen

  • Goggles, hat, etc.

Lunch & Snacks

  • Pizza Wednesday- Included (no extra charge

  • Prepaid lunch available from The Hub at Langford

  • Afternoon snack provided

  • Allergy-sensitive campers may bring their own snack

CAMP RATES & Payment

Registration & Deposits

Registration Fee: (Non-Refundable): $100

Weekly Deposits:  $50 deposit per camper per week

  • Non-Refundable unless due to a family emergency/management discretion

Deposit is applied to your weekly tuition balance due.

  • Transfers/cancellations require 2 weeks notice & are subject to approval

Camp Age Groups

Crew (Completed K-2nd)

Our youngest campers participate in a diverse range of fun activities designed to build creativity, confidence, and teamwork. Daily programming includes crafts, building challenges, sports, and special bonding activities — all led by caring counselors.

Squad (Completed 3rd-5th)

Campers explore new activities and fun challenges through themed days, team competitions, and customizable programming with art and sports-based majors and minors.

Legends (Completed 6th-8th)  

Our Teen Club combines social connection, poolside fun, sports, and leadership-building service opportunities. Weekly field trips may include paddleboarding, goat cuddling, bowling, mini golf, and more.

6 acres of outdoor space for laser tag, capture the flag, scavenger hunts, slip-n-slides, & more

Arts, crafts, drama, dance, & music provide creative balance to active camp days.

CAMP STAFF

At camp, each group is led by well-trained, mentored, & supported college-age & adult counselors. High School aged junior counselors serve alongside them as assistants & leaders in training, helping create a fun, safe, & encouraging environment where every camper is cared for & suppported.

Absences / Schedule changes

Please notify the camp office if your camper will be:

  • Absent

  • Arriving late (after 9:00am)

  • Leaving Early (before 4:00pm)
